Staying Fit

It is important to keep up your physical fitness.  Here is a workout for you to try today. 

Three rounds, 21-15- and 9 reps as fast as possible
95 pound Thruster
Pull ups

Do this workout as fast as possible and it should wind you completely.  A Thruster is a Squat and a press in movement. 

Working out today is much harder than 007 used to with his 20 press ups and toe touches.    Give it a try.
