After a weekend of Vesper Martini's make sure to get to the gym.  Try these workouts from Crossfit HH.




1.


3 rnds for time
50 squats
12 power cleans
7 muscle-ups

4 rnds for time
400 m hill run
15 Hang Snatch 75#
15 Over Head Squat 75#
15 burpees

3.


21-15-9 (reps)
Wallball
Kettle bell swing 2 pood (Russian Weight)
