I've asked my friend Dr. Murphy to give a write up on 007 nutrition. It's important for 007 to stay fit to fight and you can add it to your daily routine too:
The Challenge: Eat Paleo for 30 days and lose some weight
Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Absolutely no processed foods, no grains – wheat (pasta, bread, cake), rice, corn, barley, oats, etc. and no dairy - milk, yogurt, ice cream, cheese. If you can hunt it, fish it, pick it or forage it you can eat it.

At least 8 hrs sleep (eg. 11pm – 7:30am) in a very dark room (no lights or displays – put tape over your alarm clock display)
Drink 0.5 L or water with and between every meal, add a small pinch of sea salt to each 0.5L for electrolytes. Green tea is also good for you.
Eat 3 to 5 times a day until full (No food/water at least 2 hrs before bed), Each meal should have protein 3-6oz, fat (avocado, olive oil, or almonds) and some vegetables (no potatoes, yams or corn – too starchy) preferably leafy goodness (bok choy, spinach, spring mix) but get colourful (pepper, carrots, eggplant, broccoli)
Eat a high protein and fat breakfast (onion, mushroom, zucchini, spinach and chicken omelets covered with salsa, side of berries), stay away from cereal and yogurt (milk).
No more than 2 servings of fruit a day (keep to berries, melons, plums, apricots, pears, apples and stay away from bananas and mangos). Having it as desert in your last meal of the day, it will help curb the sugar cravings late at night.
Get outside and move around preferable in the morning (even 50-100 jumping jacks before jumping in the shower really revs up the body for the day). Try to do some activity (walk, bike, play with or chase the kids/grandkids) 3-4 nights a week.
Do not confuse hunger for thirst – If you are hungry, drink another glass of water and add more vegetables to the next meal (if you aren’t full after 2 cups of broccoli add a 3rd it’s good for you).
