Carte Blanche Cocktail

In the new James Bond novel by Jeffery Deaver, 007 orders himself a new drink while dinning with one of his co-workers.

Double Crown Royal
Half a Measure of Tripple Sec
Two Dashes of bitters
Orange Peel


Try one.  Tell me if you like it.  I had 6 last night.
